pride is not worth the pride

Sleeping in the dark,
is a lot better than walking in the park,
true lover lost forever,
seems harder than defeating pride,
sitting on the cold wet stones,
lets you hear the faint whispers of your hopes and dreams,
slowly slipping away, Maybe is your fate

To pride oneself on one’s feat means
To evaluate oneself highly
And devalue others equally
Such like pride is not worth the pride
