Anger

Blank stares .. Hearts beware
Emotions are shared .. Pain that we wear
How long can we stand
How strong can we get the sand in my hand
is much heavier when wet
Sharp words .. Mouth of lords
A dagger and a sword
A lifetime of discord
How far can we go
How clear can we see
the clouds of doubt grow
it drowns us to the sea
Forgotten smiles, Bettered hello… A mirror of lies reflect all but glow
How deaf can we be
How numb can one be
Neath shadows of a tree
We choose not to see

Be hidden

Beneath every smile is a pierced heart,
there is no blood, but bleeding pain
The only ones happy are frowning,
There is no armor for emotional blows
All see nothing but the surface,
fooled so easily,
Does anyone know the truth?
Is everyone hurting like me?
The beautiful hide behind their looks,
The cunning behind their wit,
The shy behind their books,
But where do the average go, what do they do.
Do they sit and cry, or laugh and play.
They feel the same, but won't give it a name.

you knew..
Until I can run into your arms with no regrets
Until I can finally kiss your lips
Until there is a time for you to be mine
As the time passes I wait, and try to hold on for just one more day
But then too much time passes by, the sand in the hourglass is all dry
I will forever..... be hidden

My soul

If my soul was never stolen,
Then why does commitment seem
Like a complete error?
If my soul was never stolen,
Then why do I feel nothing
But panic?
Day by night,
And sorrow becomes dread,
For not over are things,
But more broken then ever.
If my soul was never stolen,
Then whose eyes am I looking into?
For they were clear once,
But today they're just painful
Wince with a glance,
Cringe with a glance,
Because so be the rest of my life.
Neither depressive nor bipolar,
Then the words do nothing but heal.
I thought today would be just fine,
But apparently commitment
Is such an effort.

We will wake again

As compulsive as we once were
We will always find ourselves one step ahead;
Waiting with our eyes closed, Letting are senses guide us, While our emotions lie to us.
This time we’re not afraid to stand alone, Above all that we've ever known.
We will stand above our dreams, And all the things that live by night.
As we continue to walk through life, The ghosts watch us pass them by.
Never will these memories be forgotten,
For without them where would we find ourselves?
A million miles away and still running?
Everyday we sit here, But still we seem to fade away,
And realize how replaceable we've become.
Because tonight gravity will feel just a little heavier, The world will become just a little darker.
But we’re running now, We’re leaving now, And still we’re left behind.
Lying on the ground that we've spent so many days;
The domain we loved, lived and rose above.
For the lights are blinding, These contracts binding, This nighttime forgiving,
But again we realize the world has forgotten us And left us on this cloudy trail.
Through all the memories We will wake again
And remember how replaceable we really are.

broken tides

To see our eyes again,
Is to leave ourselves behind,
Like everyday since the beginning of salvation,
For everything started one day,
And today on this day,
Satisfaction begins to slip,
Slower and slower,
Into a point of absolute return.
For the week is only so long,
So lets mend these broken tides,
For the night is only so long,
So let us mend these broken tides.
to.. find ourselves.

The thing, Which i never think.

I think, Many things,
But happens nothing.
And the thing, Which i never think.
Keeps on happening

Dears, this life is good but also bad;
Sometime we are happy and sometimes sad.
Sometime we feel sore; and other-time bore.
There are many creatures; In the nature.
some are born to live a good life; and some are born to make other's life a good life.
There are animals and birds; some roar and some speak words.
Some are domestic and some are wild; whatever, they will also die or get killed.
Rich are born to live well; and the poor are born to live a life of hell.
Once a time is gone, we miss.. O.. Alas, What a life isn't this?
Sometime we are happy and Other time we are sad; sometimes good and sometime bad.
Even sometime we are kid; And other-time dad.
In this life we can do many things, You can say anything,
So live life in the way anybody haven't lived yet,
And do not waste this life as it is a precious gift

I think, Many things,
But happens nothing.
And the thing, Which i never think.
Keeps on happening

But.. to be me you have to be me.

Disappointing

In my youth, my wings were strong and tireless
I could travel far and wide
I was uncontrollable and limitless
I ran with gazelles
I hung with monkeys from trees
I slept with wolfs
I lived every moment to its fullest
Nothing held me back
I had no timetable, no set schedule
I did whatever perked my interest
Rules were broken, laws were put to shame
The world was a puppet and I its puppeteer
My wings strong and tireless
But now I am old.. awake up it's 42 years old,
I am caged in, ensnared, fixed to the system
I cannot travel past my set boundaries
I diligently follow law and order
Things must be done and planned accordingly
The world is a cold, unforgiving place and
I am just a pawn
I live in fear of failing, of disappointing
I pray that every moment might be my last
I long for a world that once was
When in my youth, my wings were strong and tireless

Mind Peace

The heart seeks, yet never finds.
The lust for silver and gold rests in our minds.
Our sight is shadowed by material gains;
And the result of our toils are bodily pains.
Man, they say, must strive and flood his wives with seed.
The woman, they say, must assist and have several mouths to feed.
The rich wears quality kente, fresh from the loom;
And the poor wears withering garments, awaiting their doom.
But he who flows with the rhythms of Mother Nature,
Becomes one with Father Time, making him a perfect creature.
He acquires a pure mind, as white as soft snow,
And a heart set ablaze not by fire but a warm, humble glow.
The heart and mind are now at peace,
And the body, thrust in a world where all pains cease.

To clean up the world

What is the solution
To mind pollution?
Will it take a revolution
To reform this evolution?
Our youth are being bombarded
With music, pornography and drugs,
Their souls are not highly regarded
By the pollutants of the mind.
So much art
Is not enlightened,
But designed to dehumanize
And destroy the spirit.
Let us unite
Ecologists of the mind,
To clean up the world
And the minds of all mankind.

Life’s cage

Life’s cage is true belligerence
And ignorance, its Lock
The young die bold
The old die cold
Time’s wasted by the Clock.

dignity

Eyes of gold will seek what troubles the meek
Those in the valley aspire to the peak
It’s hard to get there with these weights on my feet
I’ve been running forever on this hopeless street
So show me where I can get away,
A place of dignity where I can stay.
I’ve known desperation to be welcoming
When hope is forsaken and trying’s too hard
The mountain’s too much for those who are settling
A place for the homeless, the helpless, the scarred
Is the bottom of all where big men discard
Those who keep trying, to victims they’re lying
Darkness holds whispers I keep from the light
Passion comes easy in the dead of the night
Silence falls heavy on the ears of the dwellers
Survivors of falling from mountainous tiers
I fall every day when I get to the top
The place I can’t keep with dignity, Stop.

Beyond compare

Why compare when its not unfair
Why compare when one don't dare
Why compare when everyone is rare
Why compare when one is not aware
Why compare when one can't bare
Why compare if distinction is there
Why compare when it is a nightmare
Why compare when is in despair
Why compare when one can't share
Why compare when there is more
Why compare when one have no affair
Why compare when nobody care
Why compare when you is beyond compare

Into you

You call yourself a free spirit, a "wild thing," and you're terrified somebody's gonna stick you in a cage.
Well baby, you're already in that cage.
You built it yourself.
And it's not bounded in the west by Tulip, Texas, or in the east by Somali-land. It's wherever you go.
Because no matter where you run, you just end up running into yourself.

"By.. Victoria Berardi"

Dead as a bone .. Authority

A million messages are sent each day, to your head, arms, legs and every which way.
For you to breathe, write, dance and walk, to type on computers, eat and talk.
All muscles, the brains orders they must obey, but some don't need the brain to say okay.
The skeletal muscles for example, the bones inside, By the brains rules, they do not abide
As the brain says, 'Hey heart! I'm in control here!
And the heart replies, ' Sorry, but I'm an involuntary muscle, dear!
Without a brain, you can't do anything not even pick up the phone,

but without a heart, you'd be dead as a bone
Ago, our great "Mao tse-Tung" said; Politics is a war without bloodshed, while was is politics with bloodshed... That was so long time ago, but now
Even politice is war with bloodshed.
And finally my advice is to heart your brain to keep on balance and keep going.
And we have the rights to follow anyone of they but take the other one with us.
Without a brain, you can't do anything not even pick up the phone, but without a heart, you'd be dead as a bone

حكاية علم

احمر ... دم
اسود ... موت
ابيض ... كفن
آه يا وطن صابه العفن
اقبح مافيك عايش
واجمل مافيك .. اندفن

Tomorrow will come, will be today

Too hurt, too bewildered to be angry
Take me away from this moment
So that I can deny its' existence
Close the curtains, block out the light
Lock all the doors and windows
Retreat into just one room
As I am retreating inside
Sit, curled up on the floor
Next to the roaring fire
Though the heat doesn't reach me
I am as a lump of ice
Numbed beyond tears; mind dead to feeling
I'm surprised to find my heart still beating
If this was a play or film
I would be screaming, crying
But I cannot cry, my eyes are dry
Thoughts have the attention span of a butterfly
As I hold my hurt to me
Like a child at a woman breast
Tomorrow will come, will be today
Oh, hasten tomorrow, become yesterday
Then I can maybe start to forget
Yet for now, no wish to acknowledge this
Shut out the world, let it leave me alone
Grant me the right to be on my own
Until I can reach the height of acceptance
And learn once more to live again

power

If there's a brotherhood of man where are we in that
Is there a sisterhood of women and considering that no matter
What we may believe in or not or indeed the color of our skin
All our organs are the same and red is the color of our blood
Man is born of woman, lives and dies no matter in what country
So while man continues to fight man
How can there be a true brotherhood of Man
There is a power in taking
But more power in giving
There is a power in revenge
But more power in forgiving
There is a power in destroying
But more power in letting something live
There is a power in denying our true age
But more power in showing that we've lived.

Poverty

For most of us there are times when we find it hard to smile
When we ask ourselves is life really worthwhile?
But even when hope out of us does seem gone
The will to live makes us want to live on
Poverty is to be found everywhere
And millions of people in the big World out there
Are sleeping on park benches or uncovered on the ground
The homeless of the World in numbers abound
Of riches I am one who cannot boast
But I know that I am luckier than most
Millions of exposure to weather and malnutrition every year do die
The poor people far less lucky than I
We may have little to smile about but would you not agree
That there are millions worse off than you or me?

Fate is fact

So silent, strange is life-storm
Who can playfully his play perform.
Nothing is clear, nothing exact,
Desire is fancy, fate is fact.
Soul's bird wants to fly so high
But the fist of dust is made to die
This conflict is the basic defect.
Even if we reach the glory of fame
And each our dream may prove the same
Even then we cannot feel perfect.
Desire is fancy, fate is fact.
Here we want to live for ever
Fear of death comes to devour
Our passing away we cannot reject.
I wish flowers may not wither
And autumn may not come hither
That Nature her course may neglect.
Desire is fancy, fate is fact.
Desire is glass, fact is stone
In the fair of world, man is alone
Often light things cast a heavy impact.
May God bless you O my dear
Sorrow of no type should come near
Service of man I choose my sect.
Desire is fancy, fate is fact.

I envy our human ancestors

I envy our human ancestors though we've come a long way from the cave
They did not hunt with heavy powered rifles and to survive they had to be brave
I hope that today they are happy in that kingdom beyond the sky
They lived in a different World so different to you and I.

From the treacherous jungles of Africa their journey of conquest began
And they battled their way up the food chain the ancestors of modern man
And if they killed they killed for survival and they survived against all of the odds
So different to those who came after and they worshipped different Gods.

I envy our human ancestors of the guilt of sin they did not know
They killed creatures to eat them only and the pace they lived life at was slow
But the World they lived in it would seem was a better and a more peaceful place
They could not have realized their descendants would evolve
to a super race.

I envy our human ancestors they lived life in a simple way
Their achievement was their survival and we top the food chain today
We may have come far since the cave days but for progress a high price we pay
And the World we live in more dangerous than their World was sad to say.
