See the river flow towards the endless sea Like time that passes by into eternity Never coming back to alter history Tell me of what use Is man’s explore the space blindly If he cannot unravel the mystery of a woman’s mind clearly He might as well traverse the path of the earth, or even count the sands of the sea For no other purpose than to boast of its futility May it be known to men, That all pursuits herein, no matter how lofty Shall in no way surpass the triumph of winning And the victory of taming a woman’s heart
I dreamed of time beyond, Where children can run free, Where snakes feed along with lambs ... No hunters, No prey, All of us full of humanity I dreamed of distant lands, Where women fear no more, where all with love endorse, Where no one cries, and by God hands we only dies.. where justice is for all. For mortals must win, Against all our sin, When this oracle begins. Peace on you.
How many Muslims does ISIS have to slaughter before people will stop calling the group “Islamic” anything? Seriously, can someone please tell me the number of innocent Muslim men, women, and children who have to die at the hands of ISIS before people will realize that ISIS is truly unIslamic and arguably anti-Islamic?…
To be honest, how many have heard about the details of ISIS slaughtering of Muslims? In 2014 in Iraq alone, can you guess how many Muslims civilians—not fighters, civilians—ISIS killed? At least 4,325. ISIS is murdering an average 12 Muslim civilian men, women, and children every single day…
ISIS is not about the tenets of Islam. Their religion is power. Those aren’t just my words. In September, more than 120 Islamic scholars and clerics wrote a letter to ISIS in both English and Arabic denouncing ISIS and its invoking of Islam to justify its horrific actions. They even explained in great detail how ISIS is violating the Quran and teachings of the Prophet Muhammad, concluding that ISIS is truly unIslamic… … there’s no such thing as “radical Islam.” There is only one Islam. But there are radical Muslims. And there are Muslims who engage in terrorist acts. They are called terrorists. That is the proper way to describe them.
Every time an act of terror or shooting occurs, Muslims closely watch the news with extreme trepidation praying that the suspect is not Muslim. This is not because these terrorists are likely to be Muslim but rather because in the instances where they happen to be, we see amplified mass media coverage and extreme unjustified hatred towards Muslims.
As a Muslim, I am tired of condemning terrorist attacks being carried out by inherently violent people who hijack my religion. I am tired of condemning these attacks to people who are calm and apathetic when Muslims are killed by these same radicalized terrorists.
I am tired of hearing the word “terrorist” not being used when the suspect in a terrorist attack is a non-Muslim. I am tired of the “mentally disabled” excuse being recycled when the suspect in a terrorist attack is a Caucasian. I am tired of seeing hundreds of terrorist attacks carried out by non-Muslims not get the same coverage of even a single terrorist attack where the suspect happens to be Muslim.
Above it all, I am tired of having to repeatedly say that Muslims are not terrorists. It is time we silence this Islamophobia with facts. My next five points will prove once and for all that Muslims are not terrorists:
1. Non-Muslims make up the majority of terrorists in the United States: According to the FBI, 94% of terrorist attacks carried out in the United States from 1980 to 2005 have been by non-Muslims. This means that an American terrorist suspect is over nine times more likely to be a non-Muslim than a Muslim. According to this same report, there were more Jewish acts of terrorism in the United States than Islamic, yet when was the last time we heard about the threat of Jewish terrorism in the media? For the same exact reasons that we cannot blame the entire religion of Judaism or Christianity for the violent actions of those carrying out crimes under the names of these religions, we have absolutely no justifiable grounds to blame Muslims for terrorism.
2. Non-Muslims make up the majority of terrorists in Europe: There have been over one thousand terrorist attacks in Europe in the past five years. Take a guess at what percent of those terrorists were Muslim. Wrong, now guess again. It’s less than 2%.
3. Even if all terrorist attacks were carried out by Muslims, you still could not associate terrorism with Islam: There have been 140,000 terror attacks committed worldwide since 1970. Even if Muslims carried out all of these attacks (which is an absurd assumption given the fact mentioned in my first point), those terrorists would represent less than 0.00009 percent of all Muslims. To put things into perspective, this means that you are more likely to be struck by lightening in your lifetime than a Muslim is likely to commit a terrorist attack during that same timespan.
4. If all Muslims are terrorists, then all Muslims are peacemakers: The same statistical assumptions being used to falsely portray Muslims as violent people can be used more accurately to portray Muslims as peaceful people. If all Muslims are terrorists because a single digit percentage of terrorists happen to be Muslim, then all Muslims are peacemakers because 5 out of the past 12 Nobel Peace Prize winners (42 percent) have been Muslims.
5. If you are scared of Muslims then you should also be scared of household furniture and toddlers: A study carried out by the University of North Carolina showed that less than 0.0002% of Americans killed since 9/11 were killed by Muslims. (Ironically, this study was done in Chapel Hill: the same place where a Caucasian non-Muslim killed three innocent Muslims as the mainstream media brushed this terrorist attack off as a parking dispute). Based on these numbers, and those of the Consumer Product Safety Commission, the average American is more likely to be crushed to death by their couch or television than they are to be killed by a Muslim. As a matter of fact, Americans were more likely to be killed by a toddler in 2013 than they were by a so-called “Muslim terrorist”.
When a drunk driver causes a car accident, we never blame the car manufacturer for the violent actions of that driver. This is because we understand that we cannot blame an entire car company that produces millions of safe vehicles just because one of their cars was hijacked by a reckless person who used it to cause harm. So what right do we have to blame an entire religion of over 1.6 Billion peaceful people because of the actions of a relatively insignificant few?
I will not deny that terrorism is a real threat, it definitely is. However, it is extremely incorrect to associate the words “Muslim” and “terrorist” when literally all the facts implore you to do otherwise. The only way that we as Americans can defeat terrorism at home and across the world is by accurately targeting its root causes. There have been 355 mass shootings in the United States this year and falsely blaming Muslims for the San Bernardino shooting will do absolutely nothing to address this serious problem. It is time that we begin addressing terrorism on an educated and factual level.
As an American Muslim, I plead you all to deeply consider the facts mentioned here the next time you see a news headline about Muslims and terrorism. Martin Luther King Jr. once said, “Hate cannot drive out hate, only love can do that”. We cannot allow the disparity in media coverage to blind us from the facts and turn us into hateful people, we are smarter than that.
Love is a divine gift from God, A burst feeling of admiration, And thickens to infatuation, That deepens into the very core of our imagination. Love is great.. when it's grow Love is kind... when we can bow Love is patient.. to except what other's do. Love is cruel.. without a destination to go. Love is mysterious.. there is no need to why, how.. should i know..! Love is unexpected.. a boat without a shore, Love is unfair.. when you are poor. Love is a pain-killer or pain-maker.. for that it's last. Love is a challenge.. for this i lose so many battles. Love is a game.. both are loser or both are winning . Love has no boundaries.. so come on, let us swimming, Love has no age bracket.. Love has no races And above all... Love is powerful. Lucky are those who are in love, For they feel being loved, Not all are fortunate to be loved, For there are people who are all out of love.
The baby sighed at her mother's breast Eyes closed, contented enough now to sleep The daughter sighed as she closed her books Now the rest of the day was hers' at last The young woman sighed against her mans' chest A sigh that said I know I'm safe and loved The mother sighed as her baby sighed Tired, yet strangely happy with the constant demands The grandmother sighed as she dusted the photographs Of her smiling grandchildren, growing up so fast The grandfather sighed as the latest arrival Was carefully laid in his old loving arms Not many years left now for future plans But in exchange for a future, the rich past his mind, is a book full of treasured memories.. once he said to me .. that there's a lot more pleasure in the wanting, than the getting.. I couldn't reply him with agree or disagree but now.. I.. I disagree, for over the years so many dreams have disappeared And many plans and ambitions were never allowed to come to frutition Life always seemed to find a way of putting obstacles in my path Doing what other people wanted and what other people asked At times I've felt as if I were a ship just drifting on endless seas Yet I have never given up the hope of finding that longed for harbor For some day, my time will come I'm certain that it will.. but until then, the way we treat our families is a story we ink it and someday our children will read it to us..
Midnight, always a magical time for a story of long ago, When men believed in witches and fairies, basilisks, dragons and unicorns, So, when the moon arose Above leafless trees, stark in the light ... Shut out alone, a man shivers Shunned by family and friends He fears what will happen, if the moon is full for they have labeled him a were-wolf.. You call out my name.. Yes, I hear you and wonder why..!! I can do nothing to ease your pain I cannot help you, here beyond the grave Would I, if I was still alive, I doubt it, for where my body lies Is where you put me, before my time. Now i becomes someone, something i used not to be with a dark and tortured soul, doomed to wander forever through this world, until I am ready to make an end. But that end is not yet awhile, So I'm warning you, be sensible Flee while you still have the chance, from now on, only walk in the sun Don't look to take me by the hand, Talking all the time of love For if I let you walk me home tonight... My goodnight kiss will be..., The last thing you'll ever know. Midnight.. always a Magical time for Story.
When you cannot help the person you most want to help you are frustrated and angry at yourself, you write a small note about it .. And then go deep into the cave of your own loneliness, And scream out of the top of your lungs to God about why you are expected to do the job God should be doing.. You write a small note.. And in writing it, Try to forget your failure, your impotence, your impatience, your anger, your stupidity, your total hopelessness. You try to comfort yourself by describing how you feel and in this too.. you can't find salvation.. once i was that one, now.. I payback for my sin.
Everyone is different from me and you Everyone is different it is true Everyone is different in color and size Everyone is different cause some are honest and some tell lies Everyone is different and want to stand out Everyone is different and wants to play, scream and shout Everyone is different in hopes, religions and culture Everyone is different some is kind, good but even he has a heart, O; whom..!! i meant the butcher Some people can't because they are pushed around, or maybe because it the color, size or the way they sound.
thirty two years ago, when i start to study English language, i was wondering about who's idea was it, to put the silent letters in words ? It makes no sense to me. When the word is said, you hear it, phonetically. Why do we need the k in knee ? If you leave the k out, doesn't it still sound, like it's supposed to be.!! How about the word plumber ? What is the b, supposed to be there for.!! As far as I'm concerned, the b, shouldn't be in there anymore. Putting all these extra letters in words, is utterly confusing. For those trying to learn the english language, it's anything, but amuzing. the point is everything should be kept simple, so it's easier to pronounce and easy to spell. If they would have left it alone, without using those extra letters, we all would have done, very well!
is that clear..!! like I said, simple life not a simple life just when you through out all those usless letters from your mind.!
What means more than the word 'love'. is the affection and care you show someone. You can throw all the 'I Love You's' out the window and it wouldn't take away from all the little 'I love you's' that kindness can say But 'I love you' rolled off my tongue meant to make you feel happy and not push you away Anyway... You make me feel so nice when I'm in your grace So serene the feeling when I see your face and most of all I feel the emotions in your heart and from you I wish to linger and don't rush to part When we were confronted with Stay or Go I stayed for you...regardless of love and I know you know Its says something more than 'I love you' It says that I care and I hope in time it feels inside you that you're someone special to me Our age is likely to get in our way But God didn't make our hearts that way they feel things we can't even say and do so in a timeless way as when the sun shines on the earth and warms it as it passes each day You just touch me in a cosmic special way And when I look at the stars in the sky I say God Bless You to you, far away I'm thankful that you came my way I don't wish hold what isn't mine but your smoky eyes I hope to look into for precious moments in time and your soft hand I hope to hold someday if only for a while so that I can recall it in days ahead with heartfelt smile I know more than most that life is fragile and rare and it hurts me more than anything in the world to imagine you not being there I'm happy to be the smallest part of your life you don't have to ponder being my wife I snore not in my sleep and I can be messy and I typically wear jeans and boots more than I'd dressy but I'm more than most men and have a few good traits I can swap and engine and fix brakes! and I'm good at putting my foot in my mouth and making big mistakes But when I see you sad or crying I'll do whatever it might take to make you smile again a real one....not fake! My little darling I just want to think somehow you'll always be there in some form to know that you love me and care there's much I know in life that's been hard and unfair and that's just why I care I'd miss you too much if you weren't there so can I stick around and stay in your hair? We might be an unusual one... but somehow we make a nice pair, So hold my hand and don't be afraid .. This might be one to the best mistakes we ever made! Later in life we can laugh lest we cry whatever happens lets be close and never say goodbye. I love you's may be overrated but Cupid shot me in the rib anyway when I fell as I skated! So laugh and be happy .. its OK We'll talk many times anyway your pal I'm going to stay unless you decide to toss me away Maybe one day we'll go outside together and play and that to me will surely be a happy day, so this last thing I don't want to miss whenever we meet we'll greet with a warm hug and a kiss and whatever we happen to do or say we'll part the same way because you're a wonderful woman so soft and I just want you to know I love you.! .....oow sorry! Shooo.....well, maybe it will eventually show.
The snowfall is so silent, so slow, bit by bit, with delicacy it settles down on the earth and covers over the fields. The silent snow comes down white and weightless; snowfall makes no noise, falls as forgetting falls, flake after flake. It covers the fields gently They come down blossoming but then so quickly they are gone; they bloom only on the peak, above the mountains, and make the earth feel heavier when they die inside. Snow, delicate snow, that falls with such lightness on the head, on the feelings, come and cover over the sadness that lies always in my reason why .!! Why i fall in love with the snowfall heart..!
Speak not, lie hidden, and conceal the way you dream, the things you feel. Deep in your spirit let them rise akin to stars in crystal skies that set before the night is blurred.. delight in them and speak no word. How can a heart expression find..! How should another know your mind..! Will he discern what quickens you..! A thought once uttered is untrue... Dimmed is the fountainhead when stirred.. drink at the source and speak no word. Live in your inner self alone within your soul a world has grown, the magic of veiled thoughts that might, be blinded by the outer light, drowned in the noise of day, unheard... take in their song and speak no word.
We used to say; behind every great man there is a great woman I say; why is that great woman standing behind that great man.!! Why can't that great woman be beside or God forbid in front of that great man.! I'm sure, if the great woman was in front of the great man the world would be a much better place. They used to say; that the man would be intimidated, jealous, you egomaniac! So its been said that a great woman needs a great man like a fish needs a bicycle. So i say to all those great woman out there step out of that shadow and give yourself permission to glow, to shine so brightly that .. you blind that great man to the rest of his life.
When the great eagle soars and the mighty bear roars, The dragon awakes from her sleep. When the Serpent's released and the Lion's reign ceased, The old whales retreat to the deep. When the ground starts to quake and the oceans do shake, Then the full moon eclipses the sun. When clouds growl with their thunder and the winds charge with blunder, then all the stars from heaven will surrender. When the Earths blood will flow as its heart beat does slow, from pretending of mankind minds. Then blah blah slips away into death and decay, Through the hourglass the last of the sands. When the darkness of day hides the seasons away, You will know that he finally came... But your fear of the night is to trust not to fight, for in the light he will hide his faces in shame. For your debt has been paid by the one was betrayed. So thou shall not cry yet do not forget to ask yourself why, this gift has been given to you. You will see the new day as the darkness gives way, A safe heaven, on earth, will appear not fortune but with no fear, oW But before that eve dawns pick out all your thorns, and let all your hate disappear. Because when all this is done The new kingdom shall come, and your soul shall hold; Whole, a love so pure and clear.
In the midst of the storm, standing I, and still the tears flowing down my eyes, knowing that I am still so meek, that I won't be able to speak. But I have to gather some dare, to show how much I care, and how much I appreciate, so as to make her rejuvenate. This time I had to tell, as I don't want to knell, and to make it useless speaking, and to make the words loose its meaning. Speak before it becomes useless speaking, speak before the words loose its meaning, speak before the very end, speak before we will sadden.
Why does the Caged bird sing..!! How can its days be so bright with such a dark surrounding.!! How can its pain sound so beautiful? look inside and see the tears, feel the pain. 100 needles will only compare to one singing note. 1,000 tears will only compare to one minute within one confinement. 10,000 sorries will only compare to one hour without light. 100,000 fears will only compare to one dawn without love. 1,000,000 words of wisdom will only compare to one damned day as a caged bird but 100 needles will never take away the songs sang. 1,000 tears will never give back the time spent away. 10,000 sorries will never shed light on the hours lost in darkness. 100,000 fears will never repair the loss of love and feelings of loneliness. 1,000,000 words of wisdom will never give a caged bird its loss of song, life, light, love, or freedom... for the caged bird's wings are clipped, and its sang a silent sad melody nobody understand.
Desire that I seek is meaningless Because I want to be a man without fear or weakness In doing so I must give up love which without life is meaningless
A life of fire burns deep inside as the days and nights pass, a desire for truth and meaning burn deeper... We, through time losing the most precious meaning of being family, for as i knows to standing on the edge of our future destiny, sharing our love with one another, holding close our memories, we move forward into a new and exciting dimension of our lives. Wanting to share our love we unfold our beings to encompass our children and become our own special meaning, a special family through love. that's how i see life,
In the time frame of life passes motherhood, in the quest for knowledge passes childhood, in the definition of achievement passes manhood, in the satisfaction of greed passes wicked pursuits, in the attainment of vengeance passes opportunity of peace, in the action of destruction passes the hope of reconciliation, in the greatness of truth passes falsity of intentions, in the mystery of faith passes the unity of beliefs, in the frame of time, death passes life into God's hands.
