Tomorrow will come, will be today
Too hurt, too bewildered to be angry
Take me away from this moment
So that I can deny its' existence
Close the curtains, block out the light
Lock all the doors and windows
Retreat into just one room
As I am retreating inside
Sit, curled up on the floor
Next to the roaring fire
Though the heat doesn't reach me
I am as a lump of ice
Numbed beyond tears; mind dead to feeling
I'm surprised to find my heart still beating
If this was a play or film
I would be screaming, crying
But I cannot cry, my eyes are dry
Thoughts have the attention span of a butterfly
As I hold my hurt to me
Like a child at a woman breast
Tomorrow will come, will be today
Oh, hasten tomorrow, become yesterday
Then I can maybe start to forget
Yet for now, no wish to acknowledge this
Shut out the world, let it leave me alone
Grant me the right to be on my own
Until I can reach the height of acceptance
And learn once more to live again
Take me away from this moment
So that I can deny its' existence
Close the curtains, block out the light
Lock all the doors and windows
Retreat into just one room
As I am retreating inside

power
If there's a brotherhood of man where are we in that
Is there a sisterhood of women and considering that no matter
What we may believe in or not or indeed the color of our skin
All our organs are the same and red is the color of our blood
Man is born of woman, lives and dies no matter in what country
So while man continues to fight man
How can there be a true brotherhood of Man
There is a power in taking
But more power in giving
There is a power in revenge
But more power in forgiving
There is a power in destroying
But more power in letting something live
There is a power in denying our true age
But more power in showing that we've lived.

Poverty
For most of us there are times when we find it hard to smile
When we ask ourselves is life really worthwhile?
But even when hope out of us does seem gone
The will to live makes us want to live on
Poverty is to be found everywhere
And millions of people in the big World out there
Are sleeping on park benches or uncovered on the ground
The homeless of the World in numbers abound
Of riches I am one who cannot boast
But I know that I am luckier than most
Millions of exposure to weather and malnutrition every year do die
The poor people far less lucky than I
We may have little to smile about but would you not agree
That there are millions worse off than you or me?
When we ask ourselves is life really worthwhile?
But even when hope out of us does seem gone
The will to live makes us want to live on
Poverty is to be found everywhere
And millions of people in the big World out there
Are sleeping on park benches or uncovered on the ground

Fate is fact
So silent, strange is life-storm
Who can playfully his play perform.
Nothing is clear, nothing exact,
Desire is fancy, fate is fact.
Soul's bird wants to fly so high
But the fist of dust is made to die
This conflict is the basic defect.
Even if we reach the glory of fame
And each our dream may prove the same
Even then we cannot feel perfect.
Desire is fancy, fate is fact.
Here we want to live for ever
Fear of death comes to devour
Our passing away we cannot reject.
I wish flowers may not wither
And autumn may not come hither
That Nature her course may neglect.
Desire is fancy, fate is fact.
Desire is glass, fact is stone
In the fair of world, man is alone
Often light things cast a heavy impact.
May God bless you O my dear
Sorrow of no type should come near
Service of man I choose my sect.
Desire is fancy, fate is fact.

I envy our human ancestors
I envy our human ancestors though we've come a long way from the cave
They did not hunt with heavy powered rifles and to survive they had to be brave
I hope that today they are happy in that kingdom beyond the sky
They lived in a different World so different to you and I.
From the treacherous jungles of Africa their journey of conquest began
And they battled their way up the food chain the ancestors of modern man
And if they killed they killed for survival and they survived against all of the odds
So different to those who came after and they worshipped different Gods.
I envy our human ancestors of the guilt of sin they did not know
They killed creatures to eat them only and the pace they lived life at was slow
But the World they lived in it would seem was a better and a more peaceful place
They could not have realized their descendants would evolve
to a super race.
I envy our human ancestors they lived life in a simple way
Their achievement was their survival and we top the food chain today
We may have come far since the cave days but for progress a high price we pay
And the World we live in more dangerous than their World was sad to say.

Envy is a disease
Envy is a disease of the heart, Jealousy is a disease of the mind.
They are not the same they are not one of a kind.
I can handle Jealously but run from Envy.
Jealously is negativity towards things belonging to somebody.
Envy is negativity, it’s a desire to be that somebody.
You cannot be more than what you are, believe in yourself you are great by far.
I seek refuge in God, from the Envier when he Envies.
He whispers in the hearts of men, the evil whisper of a slinking devil.
What does an Envier look like, look in the mirror and you will see.
You cannot tell one who Envies, imitation is the greatest form of flattery.
Only God can look on the heart, so judge not just stay far apart.
They are not the same they are not one of a kind.

In silence
In silence they waft their sweet perfume.
In silence grows the blades of grass,
In silence I pen down my verse.
Speech is silver, silence gold,
Good deeds silently performed,
Is more eloquent than words!
In silence lovers cuddle and sleep,
True love communicates through oceans deep!
Look at the mountains towering so high,
Clouds kiss their tops and silently float by!
In silence the monks move their prayer beads,
In silence they perform their charitable deeds.
In silence the sun rises and shine,
In silence the moon beams softly smiles.
In silence my God I invoke,
In silence rise my incense smoke.
In silence my inner-self unfolds,
In silent prayer my hands I fold.
In silence, with Him I communicate,
In silence I surrender to my fate.
In silence I beg Him to make me whole,
In silence to Him I surrender my soul!
In our noise polluted world, silence is difficult to find,
But I know, one day, this Silence shall be mine!

And I miss you.
How could fate have separated us?
I think of you and miss you.
I think of your warm and inviting smile
Of the laughter that now brings tears
And I miss you.
I think of your small body wrapped in my arms
Of the hands that wish to caress your hair
And I miss you.
I think of evenings in front of a fire
Of hot chicken soup now gone cold
And I miss you.
I think of you bravely waving good bye
Of the way you walked out of my sight
And I miss you.
I think of lessons you have taught me
Of the promises I keep
And I miss you.
I think of you and miss you.
I think of your warm and inviting smile
Of the laughter that now brings tears

Love no one and give nothing.
How can you tell someone you love them and then turn around and bring them down?
How can you make someone feel like they are on top of the world one day and the next in the worst part of hell?
What makes a person feel so much affection for another then some much hatred?
Do we ever really love someone?
How do you know that you truly love the people you say you do?
You can't because everyone changes and gives up the good things for something better.
No matter how much you love someone they will always turn there back on you someday.
That is what the world has turned into… A LIE! ! !
What happened to 'I will ALWAYS love you?
What happened to 'We will be together FOREVER? '
What happened to 'No Matter what I will ALWAYS be here for you? 'You give your whole self to someone and they throw you away.
You put everything you have into someone and they just throw it back at you.
Why not just live alone.
Forget about other people.
Why do we need someone else to make us happy?
Everyone WANTS someone…but do we really NEED them?
I Love Many but I know they do not feel the deep care for me as I do them.
What do people want?
What will make them happy?
What is it that I have to do to show them that I love them and that I need them or I will be nothing without them?
Why is it so hard to love me back?
Maybe we should just go on living the way we do, hurting each other everyday pretending like we know
what love is.
Or maybe we should stop LYING to ourselves and actually love the people around us.
Or maybe we should just not feel anything.
If you don't feel you don't hurt.
Who wants to wake up everyday knowing that someone else they thought they cared about is going to hurt them.
I sure don't.
I am done with love.
I will go on pretending I know what it is and that I feel it, but I don't really know what it is and I never will,
because the love that I give to people I never get back.
Love does not exist.
And pain is something that no matter how good you feel will always creep up behind you and take it all away.
Life is worthless without love and no one can love because they will never understand the true mean.
So the lives we live are a waste of life itself.
Love no one and give nothing.

Moving on
In this world so busy,
May it be an electron,
Or it may be an ant,
May it be star in the sky,
Or may be planet,
All are busy in their own journey!
This world revolves so well,
Polarity takes place,
Positive and negative,
May it be charges or may be human attitude!
Never judge anyone,
May you be a judge or not,
You are limited by time and space,
What stuff brought you here,
Brought others also!
one may be in a hurry,
may be desperate and in fury,
You are not here a jury,
Life is an oven, everyone get baked here!
No one here can walk straight,
know thyself and thy fight,
Be compassionate,
Everyone is fighting with his own fate!
No one knows destiny or destination,
No one knows anyone's state,
One has to pass through several phase,
everyone has his own problems to face!
World is divides into two,
One can't understand the other,
No matter on which side one may be
It doesn't matter,
One is seen and another is seer,
But can't decide, it is not one way affair,
One can't decide who is fair or unfair,
This world is like a big fair!
One who has won himself will know others!
electrons and protons,

They have their own role!
Be a neutron, for even neutron,
To remain as neutron,
It Has to move,

So be neutron, move, move move on your way,
If you rest awhile, you may disintegrate,
Keep busy always and move till the end!

Life as you know !!
The past is the past.
So why isn't it ok to ask?
Finally at last
We all hold fast
to something outlast
only to be harassed
by something miscast.
The present is now.
We must all bow
Because of how
No one may take a bow
We must all allow
For what is going on now.
The future is to come.
It can ruin your life as it falls crumb by crumb
Everything is just so dumb
So i sit and play with my thumb
Because my mood is just so glum
The thoughts of things to come
Just keep me so damn glum.
So why isn't it ok to ask?

Who live by the sea
People who live by the sea understand eternity.
They copy the curves of the waves, their hearts beat with the tides, and the saltiness of their blood coresponds with the sea.
They know that the house of flesh is only a sand castle built on the shore,
that skin breaks under the waves like sand under the soles of the first walker on the beach when the tide recedes.
Each of us walks there once, watching the bubbles rise up through the sand
like ascending souls, tracing the line of the foam, drawing our index fingers along the horizon
pointing home.

The cry of my heart
Your hands are not too short
To embrace me
Nor your ears too deaf to listen
To the cry of my heart
I am here for you
Longing to be with you
Listen to the longing of my heart
Listen to the cry of my heart
You lift me up when I was down
You made me strong, when I was weak
You made me whole, when I was broken
You listen to the cry of my heart
This, I promise you
From this day on,
I will serve you Lord
I will listen to the cry of my heart
To embrace me
Nor your ears too deaf to listen
To the cry of my heart

Learn to share
It isn't about what you see with your eyes
when you point them up to the sky's
or what you think is lurking about
in an empty dark house,
that gives you the shivers,
that makes you want to shout.
It isn't about what you believe,
it is about the life you live.
It is about the choices you make,
about what you give and what you take.
the Divine intelligence is there
you will see it when you learn to share,
when you learn to give
more then you receive
when you point them up to the sky's
or what you think is lurking about
in an empty dark house,
that gives you the shivers,
that makes you want to shout.
It isn't about what you believe,
it is about the life you live.
It is about the choices you make,

Silence
Silence speaks
Silence screams
Silence talks louder then any word
that cuts true the heart like a sword.
Silence echoes in my ears
to my eyes it brings tears
Silence drives me around the bend
what's the problem i don't understand
Silence is a weapon of your choice
To cut trough my heart like a sword
with out saying a single ward
Silence screams
Silence talks louder then any word
that cuts true the heart like a sword.
Silence echoes in my ears
to my eyes it brings tears
Silence drives me around the bend
what's the problem i don't understand

My ignorance
When wisdom is lost what do we use to find it?
If the head is cut why should the cap become prominent?
Where the wall is broken, who clamors for keys?
When the man is burnt who still looks for beard?
'Tis only a fool that looks for the mark of cut in water
He only can look for the tracks of flight of birds
Or better still want to know what the corpses eat in the grave.
When wisdom is lost, the elders dance naked in the markets
Passing calabashes of palm wine in merriment.
Sleeping while riding their bicycles.
Where wisdom is lost the cobra looks like a rope;
Yes an ill wind that blows no one good
Oh why should the footless die fighting for shoes?
Or the toothless die for bones?
I am confused. Yes logically paralyzed.
On the wheel chair of wisdom, I see
Where the elders defecate in the open
On paths where their off springs tread,
And in market squares where it must be
That in four days they must be back
When the offenses of odor its peak just reached
That means logic stand on its head
Wisdom lost its path
Then in the town of the blinds,
Where a one eyed man is found,
Who shall be the king?
Let the young flies be warned,
The animal that is slow lives longest in the forest.
But it needs little wisdom to know,
That is the fly that is ill advised
That enters the grave with the corpse.
When you prove me wrong,
My apologies I will tender;
And my ignorance I must admit.
Before warned, I was told, is before armed.

Come to me
A special world for you and me
A special bond one cannot see
It wraps us up in its cocoon
And holds us fiercely in its womb.
Its fingers spread like fine spun gold
Gently nestling us to the fold
Like silken thread it holds us fast
Bonds like this are meant to last.
And though at times a thread may break
A new one forms in its wake
To bind us closer and keep us strong
In a special world, where we belong
A special bond one cannot see
It wraps us up in its cocoon
And holds us fiercely in its womb.
Its fingers spread like fine spun gold
Gently nestling us to the fold
Like silken thread it holds us fast
Bonds like this are meant to last.
And though at times a thread may break

To bind us closer and keep us strong
In a special world, where we belong

I love you
No words I write can ever say How much I miss you every day.
As time goes by, the loneliness grows; How I miss you, nobody knows!
I think of you in silence, I often speak your name, But all I have are memories And photos in a frame.
No one knows my sorrow,
No one sees me weep,
But the love I have for you Is in my heart to keep.
I've never stopped loving you I'm sure I never will;
Deep inside my heart, You are with me still.
Heartaches in this world are many But mine is worse than any.
My heart still aches as I whisper low, 'I need you and I miss you so.' The things we feel so deeply
Are often the hardest to say, But I just can't keep quiet any more, So I'll tell you anyway.
There is a place in my heart
That no one else can fill; I love you so, Dad, And I always will.

To my daughters
A Dad is a person who is loving and kind,
And often he knows what you have on your mind.
He's someone who listens, suggests, and defined.
A dad can be one of your very best friends!
He's proud of your triumphs, but when things go wrong,
A dad can be patient, helpful and strong In all that you do,
A dad's love plays a part.
There's always a place for him deep in your heart.
And each year that passes, you're even more glad,
More grateful and proud just to call him your dad!
Thank you, Dad... for listening and caring,
for giving and sharing, but, especially, for just being my dad

Too-quick
We move, the wheel must always move,
Nor always on the plain,
And if we move to such a goal
As wisdom hopes to gain,
Then you that drive, and know your Craft.
Will firmly hold the rein,
Nor lend an ear to random cried,
Or you may drive in vain,
For some cry ‘Quick’ and some cry ‘Slow’
But, while the hills remain,
Up hill ‘Too-slow’ will need the whip,
Down hill ‘Too-quick’ the chain.

Our hidden place
Each of us has a hidden place
Somewhere deep within ourselves
a place where we go to get away,
To think things through, to be alone.to be ourselves.
This unique place, where we confront our deepest feelings,
Becomes a storehouse of all our hopes, all our needs,
all our dreams
And even our unspoken fears.
It encompasses the essence of who we are and what we want to be.
But now and then, whether by chance or design,
Someone discovers a way into that place we thought was ours alone.
And we allow that person to see, to feel, and to share all the reason, all the uncertainty, and all the emotion we've stored up there.
That person adds new perspective to our hidden realm,
Then quietly settles down in there own corner of our special place.
Where a bit of themselves will stay forever.
And we call that person a friend

Watching the sky with lifeless eyes.
Thanks for wishing away our whole lives;
How would you like it if it was your life?
So let us lie down and close our eyes,
While we wipe our names from golden slates.
A timeless passion equalized,
While the days roll by uncompromisable.
Hands age, eyes weep,
As thirty years goes by in a heartbeat,
And a lifetime in one week.
Not so long ago the days were long,
But today the sun leaves us prematurely,
While the sky says farewell to brothers.
Thanks for looking us in the eyes,
And telling us all the lies,
That seemed so true once upon a time.
Let us stay ageless upon a world so ageist,
And perform in a world that’s stageless,
With all eyes on one life,
Will we ever noticed your life,
Watching the sky with lifeless eyes.
How would you like it if it was your life?
So let us lie down and close our eyes,
While we wipe our names from golden slates.
A timeless passion equalized,
While the days roll by uncompromisable.
Hands age, eyes weep,
As thirty years goes by in a heartbeat,
And a lifetime in one week.
Not so long ago the days were long,
But today the sun leaves us prematurely,
While the sky says farewell to brothers.
Thanks for looking us in the eyes,
And telling us all the lies,
That seemed so true once upon a time.
Let us stay ageless upon a world so ageist,
And perform in a world that’s stageless,
With all eyes on one life,
Will we ever noticed your life,
Watching the sky with lifeless eyes.
