Self-pain

Why much of our pain is slef-choosen
You know why? 
Because we relive them over and over by thinking about the past, letting our memories torment us again and again. Choose to acknowledge the facts, things that happened, take responsibility for them but cast away the emotion that is associated to the memory, be forward thinking, and allow yourself to be positive, because you deserve to cut yourself a break.
